Hey folks,
Quick UX suggestion: How about allowing custom user avatars in ChatGPT? The default initials feel a bit generic next to the polished assistant icon, giving conversations a slightly unfinished feel—especially during frequent or extended interactions.
Personal avatars reinforce identity and ownership in multi-threaded chats, and they’re already standard UX practice on platforms like GitHub, Slack, and Discord.
Seems like an easy win, UX-wise. Happy to help test or contribute in any way I can.
Cheers!
