My CTO abruptly removed all the employees from the Business workspace edition that our company uses. I asked to be added back promptly and he did so within 11 minutes flat. I was working on a very important project but when my access got restored, all my projects were gone! Only individual chat threads showed up but those are not useful to me as I always move important threads to separate projects and categorize everything. I have tried contacting support chat through help.openai.com but it doesn’t respond anymore after saying it will assign a support specialist for my case. I have looked up topics in this community forum and someone suggested looking up one of the chats in the projects through the search feature and they will show up. I did it but then this error showed up underneath the chat:
You don’t have access to this project. Make sure you’re logged into the right account.
I AM logged into the right account and I even asked my CTO to check his projects whether they’ve been transferred to him or not as he’s the owner of the workspace but he said no, they’re not. I have tried clearing cache and everything.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME? MY WORK IS AT STAKE HERE!!!
