Hi,

I am preparing technical architecture diagram for Ai chatbot for kyc onboarding process for our client. They already have some tools like sumsub, labeltech and hubspot to integrate so i prepared arc diagram can anyone suggest me best technical architecture diagram approach to achieve this solution. Please find attached diagram and give suggestions to improve my arc diagram. Based on cost factors they will decide whether to go for licensed or open source llms.
