Was Agent Builder deprecated? I don’t see anything about that online. But It’s no longer showing up in my Dashboard sidebar, and https://platform.openai.com/agent-builder (linked to from https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/agent-builder) is now a 404

It seems living:

It is not listed on the ID verification access list “subject to organization verification”: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/10362446-api-model-availability-by-usage-tier-and-verification-status
It is not a feature that can be shut off in an organization or a project’s settings. Double check your organization and project at upper-left on the platform site is your funded org that used it before.
I would suggest: disable any extensions or ad-blockers, and hard-refresh the platform site page. If still not appearing, but you can get Agent Builder on a different browser or device, you may need to delete stored a browsers local data for platform.openai.com, and then extending to others like chatgpt.com, openai.com, auth.openai.com, auth0.openai.com.
I just tried logging in on Safari (not my usual browser) and it indeed shows up.
When I go to the direct link you shared in Chrome, I get Page not found
I tried disabling all Chrome extensions, and also using Chrome Incognito with no extensions installed at all. Same behavior.
Additionally other Dashboard pages like https://platform.openai.com/assistants seem to hang with infinite loading spinner, nothing logged in console
