Hello everyone,
On December 18, 2024, I upgraded to a GPT Pro subscription and have since encountered the following issues:
- Features Not Functioning Properly:
- Search and Canvas functionalities are not working.
- Unable to access O1, O1 Pro, O1 Mini, and other models.
- Cannot upload images or any form of files for analysis.
- Can only create a custom GPT, and even then, the functionalities are only occasionally available and remain incomplete.
- Official Response:
- On December 19, 2024, I contacted official support via email and received the following response:
"We apologize for the delay, and we thank you for reaching out again and for providing additional details about the issue you’re facing. We understand your concern and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.
We want to assure you that the issue is not specific to your account. Our team is actively investigating and mitigating the problem to restore a seamless experience for all users as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding. While we address this on our end, we recommend trying again later, as you suggested. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this issue promptly."
- As of now (December 22, 2024), these features are still not functioning on my account, and there has been no further response from the official team.
Therefore, I am reaching out here to seek assistance:
- Has anyone else experienced the same issues?
- Are there any solutions or temporary workarounds available?
- As a consumer, how can I obtain a proper resolution and response from the official team?
