I’ve been eagerly waiting for the release of Advanced Voice mode for Windows Desktop App, but there’s a problem now.
When I start a voice chat and the blue sphere with shifting shades appears, it begins to lag heavily, putting a significant load (95-100%) on the integrated Intel graphics card (Intel i7 10750H processor, Acer ConceptD 314 72P laptop, Windows 11 23H2). All drivers are up-to-date, and there are no issues with other applications. I forced the application to run on my laptop’s secondary Nvidia Quadro T1000 graphics card, which stopped the lag, but the load remains unreasonably high. Just because of this animated design element, the laptop’s battery drains as if I’m gaming or rendering video! I hope this issue gets fixed soon!
