I received the Advanced Voice invitation even though I reside in Norway and accessed it from my PC. However, when I tried to download the latest iOS, the ‘Her Voice’ option doesn’t show up.

It’s not yet available in Norway.
As of September 27, 2024, Advanced Voice is available to all Team and most Plus users, except for those in the European Union, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.

I got a similar notification on ChatGPT in UK and it seems to be working for me.
I had to quit (slide up) the current app session and re-open the app to get the new button icon that indicates the new feature.
That’s a pretty smart move not to do it, since Norwegians are very proud of their language, and they would hate talking to a Norwegian bot that sounds like it’s speaking Danish or Swedish XD.
Wow, the first (and only) benefit of Brexit, who knew!

Yep for me in the Netherlands as well, I uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it, but still no advanced voice mode
