The plugin store is amazing and full of wonderful apps. OpenAI has done an incredible job shipping such a world-changing feature to ChatGPT in such a short period of time.
However, the plugin store is now crowded. There are plugins for things as specific as finding parking spaces in Singapore, and therefore the store needs at least some categorisation.
Based on the plugins listed so far, here are some suggestions:

Misc
I also believe the categories or tags should be added by the OpenAI reviewer, so the system cannot be gamed.
Please suggest any other categories you think should be added.
