Account stuck waiting for verification

Hey folks,

I have finished the verification flow as an individual but now have been stuck waiting in the identity in review stage. Is this expected? The links to verify are no longer valid but I did already go through them successfully with my ID and pictures of me. How long do I need to wait for the identity to be verified?

I’d recommend reaching out to OpenAI support if you see no activity on your verification, as they’re best equipped to handle this.

BTW How long has it been since you finished the process on your end?
