I am writing to request your assistance regarding my ChatGPT account. My account was deactivated without any reason. I have been a user of ChatGPT since 2022 and have always used the service in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by OpenAI.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and help me reactivate my account. If there have been any violations of the terms and conditions, please let me know so that I can rectify the situation to use ChatGPT.

You’re never going to get an answer. OpenAI support is abysmal. This forum offers no support and if you use their help link and try to start a chat with them you simply do not get any replies to messages you send them. I have sent a half dozen requests for help, from 2 different accounts, ranging in time from 15 weeks ago to 1 week ago, and have yet to receive a single reply.
i’d be curious to know if you have gotten a response.
Damn so there is never going to be an answer. I cant signup for the api because for some unknown reason my card gets declined for the api (even though chat gptplus subscription works fine ) …
Damn this sucks … it seems like they are getting tons of request they cant handle …
FWIW, 2 days ago I finally got a reply to my first request from 17 weeks ago.
They apologized for the long wait and said they are ramping up their customer support.
