Hi, I have the following issue. I paid my subscription to openAI (ChatGPT) in a basic plan for one year. However, on March 13 I canceled my account by mistake. On my Iphone (reportaproblem,apple,com) it tells me that the money was refunded. Yesterday I reactivated the payment and the payment appears active, however I cannot enter openAI. I couldn’t find anyone to help me unlock my account. I appreciate if someone helps me. I know very little about systems.
