Account Access Still Restricted After Following All Step

Hello OpenAI Support Team,

It has now been 8 days since our team workspace was wrongfully deactivated, and we still have no access. We followed all the instructions given:
:white_check_mark: Reset password → Done
:white_check_mark: Enabled 2FA → Done

Yet, our accounts remain blocked, and OpenAI Support has not provided any meaningful update. This is completely unacceptable for a paid service, especially when we have already spent $1,443.50 on subscriptions.

:police_car_light: We URGENTLY request:

  1. Immediate restoration of our accounts.
  2. A clear explanation for why this issue is taking so long to resolve.
  3. Compensation or a refund for the downtime and disruption caused by this issue.

We are losing valuable time and resources every day. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be forced to escalate this matter further.
