Is there truly no better place to address this?
I accidentally switched my subscription from monthly to annual, and now there appears to be no way to revert it to the monthly plan—is that really the case? I have been a user for quite some time, I have a substantial history on my account, and yet I am unable to make this change.
How should I proceed? I need to return to the monthly plan.

Mudei acidentalmente de mensal para anual, e agora não existe possibilidade de voltar para o mensal, isso mesmo? Sou usuário faz tempo, tenho bastante coisa no histórico e não consigo alterar.
