Accessibility: Honor prefers-reduced-motion setting

ChatGPT currently auto-scrolls to the bottom line-by-line, which causes motion sickness for some users, me included. That’s why the “prefers-reduced-motion” user agent hint exists, so it would be great if that could be turned off either manually, and/or automatically honored by default, so things don’t move around so much while reading.

I consider this a UI/UX accessibility bug. It can be debated how exactly it should behave instead, but disabling auto-scroll would be the most minimal change.

Alternatively, it would be neat if it could only auto-scroll the reply to the top of the page once, and then not auto-scroll from there. That way text would remain at the same location while reading.
