Dec 2024 - Hello, I am currently using Gold Debit card - UnionPay. However, when I add this card to OpenAI payment method, the system does not accept my card. Can everyone help me find the cause and solution?

OpenAI Help Page says:
If your debit card is not accepted, go to OpenAI Help Page and click on the chat widget icon and explain your issue to OpenAI’s support team.
