Hi, I see a name unavailable token used up my credit, I can’t find this key on my platform. I wonder if my account got hacked.

I would treat this as potentially compromised until Support confirms otherwise.
Immediate steps:
• Go to your API keys page and revoke/delete any keys you don’t recognize.
• Rotate any keys currently used in apps/projects.
• Check all projects/orgs you have access to, not only the current default project.
• Check whether this could be an old/deleted key that still appears in usage reporting as “Name unavailable.”
• Review your billing/usage date range and export usage details if available.
• Open a Support ticket immediately and include the screenshot, org/project IDs, date range, key label shown, token amount.
OpenAI’s docs recommend rotating keys immediately if you suspect a compromised API key and contacting Support quickly so they can investigate. Through Help or email them: support@openai.com
