I have tried increasing Maximum length but the last sentence is still incomplete
In your prompt, include instructions, something like “summarize details as necessary to provide a complete answer in 2-3 concise sentences.”

Welcome to the community.
Reading more about prompt design and prompt engineering will help a lot.
In short, one has to be very specific while writing the prompt to tell GPT-3 what they want.
In your case, the prompt might be re-written as “Briefly describe the symptoms…”
