If it doesn’t have information on a specific topic, its algorithm searches for similar information and provides it, which often results in delivering incorrect information. I tested this over several days, and the same issue repeatedly occurred. This undermines trust. In my opinion, it would be better if AI had the ability to say, “I don’t know” or “I am not sure,” and only provide information when it has complete access or accurate knowledge. Otherwise, it risks sharing incorrect historical or national information, which is unfortunate.
