I’m experiencing the same issue with renewing my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I made the payment on September 20, 2024, but today, September 24, I’m being asked to renew the subscription again, even though I’ve already paid for the period up until October 20. It seems the system isn’t recognizing the payment properly.
I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, but the problem persists. I’ve noticed several other users have reported similar issues with subscription activations and renewals this month. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon!
Is anyone else facing this issue today?
